Joel Beal has owned investment properties since 1992 and created TAYLOR REALTY. Starting out with a single duplex that he fixed and rented, he helped grow Tripmaster Corporation while building his property portfolio one at a time – using cash flow of the previous property to fund the next property.
In 2008 he became a real estate agent and Realtor, running the investment properties office for Taylor Realty Associates. With a deep understanding of the individual investor, Joel and the brokers at Taylor are in a unique position to help these real estate investors. He then expanded the business by forming TAYLOR REALTY with a team dedicated to helping buy and sell real estate. In 2013 TAYLOR REALTY was approved to be a HomeVestors of America franchise office. This combination of local knowledge backed by HomeVestors resources creates a one-stop shop for entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and value-minded homeowners.
